Choose the right RTM, not the one you have at hand
Do not embark on a wishful journey with the wrong brand in a city just because you already have an available RTM. They might have the wrong capabilities and drain your resources.
Often you might meet distributors during a fair, or on Social media or through existing contacts. A good distributor might not be the right fit for your brand for many reasons: level of service, costs, capabilities, sales force set up, etc. It is advisable to do due diligence upfront instead of having issues later.
