Think backward (bottom-up) and do your homework instead:

  • Study the market
  • Understand the right venues for your commercial proposition.
  • Approach them first
  • Do the pre-sale
  • Ask them who’s their favorite distributor
  • Approach that distributor with a shortlist of interested prospects.
