Start from your ideal consumer to find your best RTM.
Translate your brand positioning into a commercial proposition:

  • Where do “your” types of people go? Pick a couple of them.
  • What does “your” types of venue look like? Pick 3 - 4 types.
  • Approach 3-4 owners or 3-4 bartenders on social media and ask them questions.
  • Who sells them drinks?
  • Understand which distributor serves them.


That’s your RTM for that market.
Go niche.
