Translate your brand positioning into a commercial proposition:
- Where do “your” types of people go? Pick a couple of them.
- What does “your” types of venue look like? Pick 3 - 4 types.
- Approach 3-4 owners or 3-4 bartenders on social media and ask them questions.
- Who sells them drinks?
- Understand which distributor serves them.
That’s your RTM for that market.
