A few months in, after getting some nice listings, you have to step up.

You need to understand who is really doing some effort to sell out.

You should start to analyze whatever sales data you may have.

I know what you are thinking: I don't have sell-out data!

But you have sell-in data and that’s enough.

It's a good proxy with a few cases.

Then ask your fav bartender.
