As a reader, try to listen walking in the presenter’s shoes.
Skip those smart comments and questions.
Ask how you can help solve that issue.
The presenter will open up instead of hiding problems in font 8 on slide 35.
Drive the change from the end.
Align the KPIs of everyone in that meeting.
The room will start rowing in the same direction.
